COVID-19: OUR RESPONSE
Our global community is presently faced with a serious threat, and we are taking the following actions to lessen the impact on our communities and customers:
- Timeless Pools is offering free pool sanitization checkups to all during the course of the virus. We ensure your pool is operating at maximum efficiency for water sanitization for your safety, and also to help reduce any unnecessary utility bill costs. This also ensures that water could be used in emergency purposes if necessary. All for no charge and with no obligation. We also bring free masks at our visits.
- Timeless Pools is ensuring that during our visits and throughout the construction process, we practice social distancing as much as possible.
- Timeless Pools is providing crack and leak repair to sources that might otherwise allow contaminants in.
- Timeless Pools is providing pump and filter repair and replacements.
- We are teaching about water chemistry, so that you will know how to understand if your water is safe.
- Timeless pools is helping connect members of our community with others that can help with additional resources and service, which in turn assists those providing service that rely on that income to keep their families afloat through this tumultuous time.
- We are redirecting our T-Shirt suppliers to create makeshift masks to provide for our workers and our communities to remain safe through these times.
We are poised to make it through these tough times, and know that as our global community bands together, we be able to find growth in such a time of trouble. We look forward to assisting in the building up of our communities even during tough times, and hope that you will stand with us.
