4,500 PSI concrete, batched fresh and shot pneumatically into straight, plumb walls — one monolithic shell. Half again stronger than the 3,000 PSI mixes sold as standard.
Expert Plumbing Design
There's no single right pipe size, so every line is sized to its job on a master hydraulic plan, up to 3″ depending on the specific need. Sweep and 45° fittings throughout, no street fittings: lower head loss, quieter equipment, lower bills.

The new energy code, translated.
Since January 1, 2026, a new California pool with a gas heater must also have a renewable primary — a heat pump or solar. A heat pump alone is fully compliant. No heater at all? Also fine. We design the heating around how you'll actually swim, price it on the menu, and the code takes care of itself.
A package builder quoting you a gas heater alone is quoting you a permit problem.

What the price actually includes
Package pools are sold on transparency, then footnoted to death. Here's our fine print, in large print.
We build the pool. Only the pool.
No decking, no landscaping, no patio covers, and no padded bid pretending otherwise. Bring your own hardscape pro or we'll introduce you to ours. We deliver swimming water, permitted and perfect, at the number on this page.
Utility runs
60 feet of equipment-to-pool and 60 feet of equipment-to-meter runs are included in every base price. Beyond that, it's $95 per foot, published right here, up to our 100-foot site limit.
Demolition
Existing patio in the way? We publish fixed prices for common demolition scopes at your site visit. No mystery line items after you've signed.
One sweet asterisk*
Every yard has its own story — a planter to move, pavers to re-set, a gentle slope. Your free design review walks the yard with you and prices everything we can both see from a printed menu, before you sign. And underground? No builder has X-ray vision. If the dig turns up a boulder or an unmarked line, you'll see that same printed menu before we keep going. The one thing we won't do is invent a number mid-project.
A few things stay in your column: city permit and special-inspection fees (we pull the permit and meet every inspection; the city's fees are reimbursed at cost and vary by city), HOA approval (it has to come from the homeowner, so we hand you a clean drawing packet that makes it easy), an electrical panel upgrade if your home needs one, and a larger gas meter if your heater calls for it (usually free from the gas company, arranged by you). We flag every one at your design review — so the only mid-project surprise is how fast it goes.
