Who sends the messages

Text messages come from Timeless Pools, Inc. (Timeless Pools, Inc. · CSLB #1019202) regarding the The NEXA Series of pools. You can reach us at (949) 649-6889 or nexa@timelesspools.us.

How you opt in

We text you only if you checked the SMS consent box on a form on this site and gave us your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked. The exact language you agreed to is:

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can request a design, a quote, or a call without ever agreeing to texts.

What we send, and how often

Messages relate to your pool design, your quote, and scheduling your on-site design review — plus occasional promotions. Message frequency varies; most people receive a handful of messages around an active inquiry, not a recurring broadcast.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to stop

Text STOP to any message to opt out — or reply STOP, which does the same thing. You will receive one confirmation, then nothing further. Text HELP for help, or call (949) 649-6889. Opting out of texts does not remove you from phone or email contact — ask us for that separately and we will honor it.

Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us. By opting in you confirm you are 18 or older and that the mobile number you gave us is yours. If you are under 18, do not opt in; if we learn we have a number belonging to someone under 18, we will remove it.

Your mobile information

We do not sell your information, and no mobile information or SMS consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
