A genuine plunge pool — not a fiberglass tub.
The NEXA 16 and 22 fit the plunge-pool footprint with real gunite construction, genuine Pebble Tec, and the full NEXA package at a published price.

What makes a plunge pool worth it
A true plunge pool is gunite — the same shell as a full-size pool — with a compact footprint that fits a side yard, a small patio, or a urban lot. The NEXA 16 is 16′ × 9′ at $54,900, finished in genuine Pebble Tec (not fiberglass, not vinyl). It cools you down, looks stunning, and holds its value. A fiberglass plunge shell is cheaper upfront but depreciates faster and limits your finish choices.
Wellness, year-round
Southern California's climate means a plunge pool works 10+ months a year without heating. Add the heat pump option ($6,500) for year-round cold-and-warm contrast therapy, or swim-temperature comfort through every month. Saltwater is standard on every NEXA — gentler on skin and eyes than chlorine, and lower maintenance.
Still a real pool
The NEXA 16 and 22 come with a Baja tanning shelf so it doubles as a cocktail pool — stand, lounge, chill with a drink. Phone-controlled Jandy automation and LED lighting are included. The NEXA 22 at $63,900 adds swim-jet compatibility for resistance training in a compact footprint.

Common questions
How much does a plunge pool cost in Southern California?
Fiberglass plunge shells run $30,000–$50,000 installed but limit finishes and longevity. A gunite plunge pool (like NEXA 16) starts at $54,900 with Pebble Tec, saltwater, and full automation included.
Is a plunge pool the same as a cocktail pool?
Same concept — compact gunite pool for lounging and socializing. "Cocktail" emphasizes the tanning-shelf hangout; "plunge" emphasizes cooling off. The NEXA 16 does both.
Can I add cold-plunge functionality?
Yes — add a heat pump for $6,500 and use it to chill or heat the water. Many customers run warm in winter, cold in summer.
Does a plunge pool require a permit in California?
Yes, all inground pools in California require a permit. We handle permitting as part of the build.
