What does the NEXA Ultimate cost?

The package starts at $124,900 and includes the integrated spa, gas heater, swim-jet system, extra LED lights, and premium Pebble Tec finishes. Heating requires a renewable primary (heat pump or solar) per California Title 24, priced separately and shown up front.

What makes the Ultimate different from the NEXA 31?

The Ultimate is 2 feet longer and 1 foot wider than the 31, adds a built-in spa, a swim-jet system, a gas heater, and extra LED lights in the base price. Premium Pebble Tec colors and exclusive tile options are also unlocked.

Is the spa fully integrated or a separate shell?

It's a gunite spillover spa built into the same shell as the pool — not a bolt-on unit. Water flows between pool and spa with a valve. It heats via the included gas heater.

Does this replace a custom pool for buyers with high expectations?
